Ireland & Northern Ireland:

- Free Delivery on orders over €80.00
UK Mainland:
- Standard Rate: €12.00 (2 - 3 business days approx)
- Free Delivery on orders over €100
EU:
- Rate Range: €15 - €28 (Calculated at checkout)
- Delivery Time: 3 - 6 business days approx
North America (USA / Canada):
- Standard Rate: €25
- Delivery Time: 4 - 6 days approx
Please note, delivery times may vary as we use a third-party courier services. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for up-to-date delivery information.
International Shipping
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs inspections, fees, and duties. Rapt is not responsible for these charges. The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will not be refunded.

Returns Information
Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, Rapt offers a 14-day return policy from the date you receive the goods, provided the products are unused and sealed.
Process for Returns
- Initiate the Return: Contact our customer care at info@raptskin.com to access our returns authorisation form, the returns address, and the return process.
- Send the Items Back: Please note, Rapt is not responsible for return postage or for items lost or undelivered in transit.
- Inspection and Processing: It can take up to 10 working days for us to receive your return. Once received, we will inspect and process your items promptly.
Refund Information
- Refund Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for purchase.
- Refund Timeframe: Allow up to 30 days for the refund (less delivery costs) to be processed and appear in your account.
- Notification: We will email you once your return is processed. If you don’t receive this email within 10 days of returning your parcel, please contact our customer care team at info@raptskin.com.
Customs and Duties on Returns
- Duty Refunds: If you paid duty on an order that you're returning, you may claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. Please contact them directly for procedures.
- Avoiding Additional Duties: Label your return parcel as ‘RETURNED GOODS-FAILED SALE’ to prevent further duty charges.
